As a user of the Awaken OS platform, you may upload data regarding your own clients ("Client Data").

  • Our Role: We act as a Data Processor for your Client Data. You retain full ownership and control over this data.

  • Your Responsibility: You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients to upload their data to our platform.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

 

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide the Service: Creating your account, managing access, and delivering the Awaken OS platform features.

  • Process Payments: Facilitating subscription billing via Stripe.

  • Provide Support: Troubleshooting issues via our support partners (Growthable).

  • Communication: Sending you administrative information, invoices, and updates about the platform.

  • Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable laws (e.g., tax, A2P 10DLC).

 

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

 

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with the following third-party service providers who help us operate the business:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector): The underlying infrastructure provider for the Awaken OS platform. Your data is stored on their secure servers (primarily in the US).

  • Stripe: For payment processing. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

  • Growthable: Our white-label support partner who manages our 24/7 Live Chat and Help Desk.

  • Twilio / Mailgun: For telecommunications delivery (SMS and Email).

 

3.1 STRICT NO-SHARING POLICY FOR SMS DATA (A2P 10DLC)

 

Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, we do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for us to communicate with you regarding your account.

 

4. DATA SECURITY

 

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.

  • Data is encrypted in transit (SSL) and at rest where applicable.

  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers.

  • However, please remember that no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. GOOGLE & YOUTUBE INTEGRATION

 

If you choose to connect your Google or YouTube account to the platform:
